“People’s Choice”, a public rating by Banki.ua, recognized UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group as the best provider of first-rate client services in Ukraine in 2011.

A number of banks had their services rated on the basis of negative and positive reviews that their clients posted on the Banki.ua website. Only genuine comments confirming that clients actually banked with a certain institution were considered, while those failing to meet this criterion were rejected. As a result, UkrSibbank finished first, outscoring other banks by the number of positive reviews.
